The Last Guardian's new trailer highlights actions and a mysterious, sinister creature

Barring unforeseen delays (hey, you never know), The Last Guardian is still set to launch early next month.

Sony published a new trailer for The Last Guardian earlier today.

Titled "Action Trailer," the evocatively named piece of cinema shows pulse-pounding moments as well as a new enemy that looks similar to the player-character's feathery friend.

Following a decade of development and several delays, The Last Guardian launches exclusively on PS4 in December. North America gets the game on December 6, with the EU and Australia catching up on December 7 and 9, respectively. The game will receive a patch for PS4 Pro that will upscale its resolution to 4K and roll in a few performance enhancements.
