I don't know why you guys give a CRAP about cards having a TV-out or not. I need TV-out, so I bought a scan converter 3 years ago... It will work with all the videocards, and the quality is most of the times way better than the cheap onboard tv-outs that are on most videcards.

Could it be?

A Glimmer of HOPE?

A spark of innovation?

The inclusion of FM radio is a great idea and allows you to take advantage of simulcasting, if they were smart enough to set up the software to do it. Would have loved that when my PBS station showed Star Wars with the soundtrack broadcast over FM as well.

Let's see how it compares to ATI's quality first. Let's have a review, not a PR.
