FDG Entertainment has announced its The Legend of Zelda-inspired adventure game, Oceanhorn: Monster of Uncharted Seas, has reached over one million units in sales across all supported platforms, which includes PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, iOS, and Apple TV.

Even though Cornfox & Bros. is currently working on its follow-up, Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm, it’s still working on porting the original Oceanhorn to more platforms, which includes Android, PlayStation Vita, and “a Nintendo console,” which we assume means the Wii U. Although with rumors circulating the Nintendo NX could be revealed this month, it could mean it’s being developed for it instead.

We first learned about Oceanhorn back in February 2015 as we were impressed by just how similar it was to The Legend of Zelda series. With Oceanhorn 2 becoming a third-person action-adventure game, it appears the resemblance will continue to carry on for quite some time.

But if Cornfox & Bros. decide to develop an Oceanhorn game that only has players shooting arrows at targets with a crossbow, we’re calling shenanigans.
