Update: 9/14, 705pm Pacific

All Battlefield 4 expansions are free on PC through EA's Origin digital games platform.

Original Story Follows

After Larry "Major Nelson" announced that all expansion packs for Battlefield 4 are free for Xbox One and Xbox 360, Sony publicized that expansions for the PlayStation 3 and PS4 versions of the game are free as well.

EA had been giving away Battlefield 4 expansions as part of its "Road to Battlefield 1" campaign. Per the campaign, users got one free expansion every month. This is your opportunity to grab every BF4 expansion in one go if you play on PlayStation or Xbox systems.

While the deal does not extend to PC as of this printing, that could change, given that the publisher made sure PlayStation players were on equal footing with their Xbox counterparts.

Battlefield 1 releases on October 21 for Xbox One, PS4, and PC 21. Players who data mined the alpha discovered that the release will ship with nine multiplayer maps, though EA has not confirmed the report.
