Rocket League patch 1.22 dropped last night, adding previously announced features such as Rumble mode and the Octagon arena to the game's Rocket Labs playlist.

Psyonix provided details in patch notes published last night. You can play Rumble mode in unranked playlists as well as private and exhibition matches. Maps "DH Stadium (Stormy)" and "Urban Central (Dawn)" are selectable in casual and competitive playlists, and color palettes offer more customization options.

Additionally, Rocket League has entered beta stage for Mac and Linux.

Rumble throws you and your opponents into a battle royal where you'll clash over random power-ups such as freezing the ball, increased impacts, or swapping places with other cars.

These and other features stem from Psyonix's efforts to provide top-notch content for Rocket League's growing legion of fans.
