A New Series of Legend of Zelda amiibo Are Coming

You thought you were done with amiibo. Silly consumer.

You might have thought you were done collecting amiibo with most of the collectible characters out in the wild, but today's Nintendo Direct probably changed that if you're a big Zelda fan.

There are three new Zelda amiibo figures coming, including an 8-bit Classic Link, Link as he appeared in Ocarina of Time, and Link from Wind Waker as well as Zelda from the same game.

The amiibo collection will be coming later this year, with special interactivity with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Failing that, they're just awesome-looking and should add a nice retro dimension to your amiibo collection. That 8-bit Zelda should look good next to the two different Mario figures.
