The Division's plot is that a quickly spreading smallpox bug causes widespread chaos. If only they had been able to quarantine the problem and keep it away from the masses. Sounds like the patches and updates for the game itself. But Ubisoft now has a plan to rectify that mistake.

Based on feedback from its recently opened Agent Intel forums, The Division will now have its own Public Test Server that allows players to test patches and updates before that can reach the masses. Of course, it will only be on PC, and no other details are yet available, but the dev team wants to give the public "full visibility on the next steps we are implementing to improve the game."

The dev team recently revealed that it was going to push back the release of two planned expansions to focus on Update 1.4 fixing core gameplay isues. The Agent Intel forums were added then to allow fans to submit suggestions on what the team should focus on.
