UPPER ROCKET LAUNCHER ROOM: To insure a lot of frags and not so many deaths, camping in the Upper Rocket Launcher Room will guaruntee you a lot of kills.
The best weapon to use in this situation is the RL or possibly a Plasma Gun to spam it in the LG Room and hope it kills someone.
Even when you don't have Quad, spamming the RL is certain areas that are populated will still sometimes give you frags.
