Wolverine Origins. Riddick Escape from Butcher Bay. Path Of Neo was pretty legit. ESPECIALLY in comparison to the earlier Enter The Matrix (which I still played through 3 times).
I still say Tron 2.0 was more of a sequel than the actual sequel.
Star Wars games. Although the ACTUAL direct movie tie-ins are pretty crap.
Lego movie tie-ins games seem to be pretty well received overall.
If you want to be REALLY loose with your definitions, Stalker is frigging awesome.

Star Wars Episode III from The Collective was really good. I was a big fan of a lot of Eurocom's tie ins, as well.

Wolverine Origins was great if you stuck with the Uncaged Edition. The PS2 and PSP ones are awful.
