Halo 5: Guardians will be getting its Warzone Firefight update next week, and to celebrate the game’s largest update, Microsoft and 343 Industries will be making the game free for a limited time.

As part of Xbox Live’s “Free Play Days” program, Halo 5: Guardians will be available to download and play for free from June 29 to July 5, so long as you’re an Xbox Live Gold member. The game will also be on sale for 50% off of its current retail price during this time.

The Warzone Firefight content release will finally introduce the new game mode to Halo 5: Guardians, as well as a Score Attack mode that can be played through its main campaign. Three new maps, Attack on Sanctum, Prospect, and Molten, will be available, a new Forge canvas, and new REQs items will also be included.
