E3 2016: Mario Party Star Rush announced for 3DS

The game will be released on November 4.

Despite Nintendo's relatively game-free profile at E3 - with the exception of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - the company still is making a few annoucements. This includes the reveal of a new Mario Party for 3DS called Star Rush, coming November 4.

The game includes additions and changes to make it much more fast-paced and portable-friendly. Players no longer have to wait for their turn, as everyone moves at once. 

In addition, Nintendo revealed several new Super Mario amiibos releasing simultaneously with the 3DS game. The collectionhas figures for Daisy, Waluigi and Boo, with Boo glowing in the dark as any poltergeist should. There will also be new poses for Wario, Rosalina, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong.
