In a "Road to E3 2016" blog published this morning, representatives from Square Enix outlined a cornucopia of game demos and announcements for E3, just under a month away.

Opportunities for attendees to go hands-on with upcoming games makes up the tip of Square Enix's E3 iceberg: Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, the third episode of its ongoing Hitman series, new DLC for Just Cause 3, and Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness are just some of the games scheduled to be on display.

Additionally, the publisher will bring along two demos as part of Square Enix Collective, its crowdfunding platform designed to "help developers get their games out to the masses." Both demos hail from successful Collective campaigns. The first, Turing Test, is a first-person puzzle game centered on the premises of human consciousness and intuition. Meanwhile, Black the Fall focuses more on atmosphere and story. "Playing as Black, an obedient factory worker, you get one chance to outsmart the oppressive system, but the road to freedom is paved with puzzles, pitfalls and manipulation. A door malfunctions, an opportunity arises. Once out, what will you do to survive?"

Square Enix wrapped up the outline by teasing that this morning's blog is but the first of many posts that will peel away layers hiding its plans for E3 game announcements and activities. Part 2, the publisher said, "will feature some exciting Tomb Raider news and details on a few new games that our team has been hard at work on."

The conference isn't open to consumers, but anyone will be able to follow Square Enix at E3 by tuning into Square Enix Presents, the publisher's live show featuring developer interviews and more.
