It's that time again. Tonight at 12:30am Eastern/9:30pm Pacific, Sony will take PSN down for a couple of hours to perform regular maintenance.

"Anyone who already has an account can still sign in to their PlayStation Network profile, play games, and use most applications while this maintenance is carried out," Sony explained (per GameSpot). However, PSN users will not be able to access the PlayStation Store, PlayStation Video, or their account during downtime.

Sony apologized for the inconvenienced and explain that it's working hard to "reduce the duration of each maintenance."

Keep an eye on the PSN Network Status page to know when features like account management and the PlayStation store come back online.
