Go ahead. Finish your 47th viewing of The Force Awakens, then get back to your computer and prepare for more thrills in the Star Wars universe. Profit and Plunder, the next chapter in the episodic story being told in Star Wars: The Old Republic – Knights of the Fallen Empire, will make the jump from hyperspace to your TOR account on May 5.

In Profit and Plunder, BioWare and Lucasfilm have more in mind than your run-of-the-mill saber duel and/or space dog fight. "The newest chapter in Knights of the Fallen Empire gives the Outlander an opportunity to turn the tides against the Eternal Empire in a clandestine heist to plunder Arcann's secret treasury," according to a press release sent out from BioWare this morning.

Pulling off the heist calls for covert tactics and facing near-impossible odds. Fortunately, you won't be alone. Gault Rennow and Vette, an (in)famous bounty hunter and space pirate, respectively, will join you in your quest.

Alongside the heist scenario, Profit and Plunder will add an Eternal Championship gladiatorial challenge. The challenge pits you against 10 bosses; succeed, and you'll be lavished in fabulous prizes and convince Bowdaar, one of TOR's most beloved companions, to join your Alliance.

How can you get ready for Profit and Plunder? Just subscribe to Star Wars: The Old Republic and catch up on previous chapters in Knights of the Fallen Empire. Join up by May 1, and you'll get a customization reward in the form of an HK-55-themed Ship Droid Companion.
