Make sure you clock out on time. Staying late didn't work out well for Dante Hicks.

This is hilarious, but serious question. Are you missing things like closing the freezer lid and the buns because you can't read the text or because you're just not paying attention?

Capturing is not ideal on Twitch. I have also noticed we are getting way more views on YouTube than we would on Twitch. If enough people want me to stream tonight, I will. I am focusing on creating more content at the moment.

Just a thought as I may be too busy to view it live on twitch tonight, I've seen people repost their twitch streams on youtube. I'm unsure how much energy is involved in doing so though.

if you truly want more/better exposure with streaming on twitch(and youtube)....maybe run an application process for folks from the community to run streams for shacknews. maybe compensation is free lightning bolts for those that are accepted. setup a consistent schedule and keep it up. maybe need a community stream manager to work out schedule, content, and who your streamers are. keep that stable and consistent and i am certain shacknews can carve out a little slice of happiness on twitch.

your streaming the VIVE would have been great if not for the hitching that was happening. though i suspect that's something you can fix with configuration on your broadcast software. and i suppose the vive was taxing your rig pretty good. maybe setup a secondary capture box with an avermedia card and run the stream off that box so it handles the transcoding, etc. i bet that'd fix the hitching we all saw the other night.

It's one of my favorites. The humor is great and I love the look. It kind of feels like I'm in the Simpsons universe. And the mundane activities are great for grounding the experience for new VR users. I can put anyone in there and they'll just figure it out and have a blast. My buddy that came over last night was giggling the whole time.

This is the one game that really sold me on the Vive. I love that the developers put so much effort into making the environment very interactive.

I've watched a few of these VR videos and I'd like to hear you talk more about what you're experiencing, and maybe you don't have to go through an entire segment of a game if you don't like it.

30 minutes of going through the motions with "this sucks so bad" being one of the few things that gets said isn't particularly engaging :(

Work is more fun if you make a game out of it.

This is intended for folks who are most likely not getting a Vive but are interested in the experience. Full of spoil-tastic spoilers.
