A new Nintendo Direct is scheduled to take place later on today, but it appears one of Nintendo’s reveals has been leaked ahead of time.
A trademark for Monster Hunter Generations has been registered in the European Market, which was filed just yesterday.
Unfortunately, the trademark doesn’t give us as clear an indication it’s something Nintendo is working on as there’s no owner name indicating it’s owned by the company, although the listing shares similar classifications as the previous Pokemon Sun and Moon leaks. The trademark points to a classification of a piece of electronic software that will provide an online component, which certainly sounds like the Monster Hunter series.
Considering Pokemon Sun and Moon was revealed shortly after their trademarks were discovered, we have a strong feeling Monster Hunter Generations is just hours away from being revealed.
