Scandal? this is common knowledge. ATI's been doing exactly this for like 4 years. OEM cards are always slower than the retail ones (although I swore a bit when I found out that my OEM Rage128 was 90/90 instead of 103/103 like the retail.. it overclocked to retail speed no problem).

maybe steve can take a lesson from HardOCP on how nice it is to have a link open in a new window. insted of trying to read, then having to always "go back" to where you once where to finsih the lame articles.
you see how he had the previous article open in a new window?
