Fuck these patches, I'm not installing this piece of crap ever again. I tried giving it another chance last week with the 1.1 patch and it was buggier than ever.
The fucking thing:
1) wouldn't connect to any of the 10 daikatana servers still in existence
2) wouldn't let me save my game
3) corrupted the only savegame I had, taken at the last map change when I was somewhere halfway the first episode. When I restored te game it left me with 0 health, yet still alive and with 10 shotgun guys to kill until the first medkit

Fuck it.

Unless they put out a patch that makes this game worth more than last night's post dinner turd, keep it. The patch I want from these folks is one that makes deus ex look good on my system! Cripes, the game is great, but it looks bad on my PIII-800/256 PC133/GeForce 2 GTS. I can only be happy that I've got the beef to run it decently at high res w/ world tex's turned on high.

btw applying 1.1 patch to 1.0 takes 50 minutes on my 128mb celeron 450 with a 10mb smartdrive and an 18gb 7200 rpm drive!
