Weekend console download deals: Grand Theft Auto on PlayStation and little else

As we reach the second half of February, it appears that the console deals have hit a major lull this week. PlayStation is having what's rapidly becoming a bi-weekly sale on Grand Theft Auto games, while Xbox is offering up a couple of decent deals on Tomb Raider Definitive Edition (though Xbox Live Gold members probably already have that for free) and Need for Speed Rivals.
