Now creators can be inside of their virtual world while it's being created.

Both Unity and Unreal have been used to create virtual reality games, but today, both have officially moved closer into the VR space as the companies will now make it possible for developers to create content within virtual reality.

The move to create content while inside of virtual reality is one of those things that seems like a no-brainer, but it’s something that took a bit of time in order to implement. Developers have been able to create their VR space while sitting behind a computer and using a mouse and keyboard, but this move now allows creators to actually be inside of their creation while it’s being created.

Epic’s VR component for its Unreal Editor is coming soon, while Unity has yet to disclose when developers will be able to create from within its engine.
