Techland has released a new story trailer for the upcoming expansion to Dying Light, Dying Light: The Following.

The new story trailer for Dying Light: The Following offers players a glimpse into the mysterious world they’ll encounter, as well as a look at some of the new characters they’ll meet along the way.

“In the expansion, we’re aiming for a bit of a different mood to the story,” Techland producer Tymon Smektala says in a statement submitted to Shacknews. “We all love some old good mystery, whether it’s X-Files or Twin Peaks, so that’s an element we're introducing to our world in Dying Light: The Following.”

Dying Light: The Following is scheduled to be released on February 9th on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. To learn about the different versions of Dying Light that will be available at that time, head on over to this story.

I started playing this again after hearing Brad talk about it on the GOTY Bombcast and man it is fun. The story is junk of course but drop kicking zombies doesn't get old and nighttime is stressful as fuck but in a fun way.

Probably going to pick up the season pass if this DLC turns out to be worthwhile

No, the current DLC sucks unless you really like timed challenges or want access to a few special weapons.

Day 1 for me I can't wait to get it. I still can't believe how massive the DLC is, they should just call it a expansion instead since its the size of the entire core game and has a shit load of new gameplay stuff, gear, mechanics, locations etc.

This is how DLCs should be made, very cool.

This game runs really well in co-op even when the other person has crappy internet. Looking forward to play the new DLC. The game was so much fun!
