am I the only person who expected more from icewind dale? I got bored of that game 2/3's of the way through and never finished it. I was just expecting something better in terms of story. If I wanted a kill-everything type game I would replay diablo 2 (for the 3rd time).

Now planescape : torment, there was a good game....

DAMMIT, i'm still not done with the first one....

(backed up my save game and cleared it out to make some room... had 3 or 4 of the discs fully installed .... too big - but now that i have a new 20 gig.... back on you go)

BG2 is going to rox0r. I'm not sure it'll be better than Quake 3, but... =) (/me isn't trying to start a BG2 vs. Q3A flamewar, honest) Hope it's a little more action-oriented than the original, or at least that the story is easier to follow. I had a lot of trouble getting into the game because the story fragmented so much and I lost track of the main goal. <SIGH>
