These Facebook Developers Made Doom Happen For The Apple Watch

Eventually, we'll have playable Doom on every peripheral imaginable. These guys made it happen on the Apple Watch.

Adding to the list of "Things That Can Run Doom" seems to be a pasttime for developers, given that the seminal shooter is a great tool for testing out hardware.

The original Doom is now playable on the Apple Watch via watchOS 2, thanks to Facebook developers Lior Tubi and Mehdi Mulani. Give it up for these guys, who only needed 10 hours to get it to run on Apple's pricey peripheral.

While it doesn't seem like the game runs too fantastically on the Apple Watch, it does seem promising on Apple TV via the new remote, as seen below. It runs, though. And at the end of the day, that's all that matters when it comes to Doom taking over the world, taking over every piece of tech it can.
