Electronic Arts may have flown into Gamescom 2015, but it's Need for Speed that came riding into this year's media briefing with some new information regarding the upcoming series reboot. Developer Ghost Games made sure to bring along some new trailers to show off what's coming in November.

The Need for Speed presentation not only explained more of its five pillars of racing, but it also introduced some of the icons of racing and car culture that players will encounter over the course of the story. That can be caught in the trailers below.

Look for Need for Speed to race onto PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 later this year.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

How do you play this game?
I know its a racer, but what do these icons have to do with the game its self? Is this some kind of thing where if you drift real good you get drift points and therefore stack points with a particular icon Or what?!
Do you GET a crew, or you have to do stuff for a crew?
These trailers are more confusing that my old lady during during kush night.
