Mighty No. 9 release date may be pushed back to 2016

Will we ever see Mighty No. 9? At this point, who knows?

Mighty No. 9 fans may need to wait until next year to get their hands on the game as a number of retailers have changed the release date of the side-scrolling game to December 2016.

While this doesn’t constitute an official delay, Deep Silver pushed back the release date of Mighty No. 9 to September 15 just days before it was supposed to launch. The reason for the delay was to give the game some more time in the oven as a new playable character will be added as well as support for additional languages.

We highly doubt we’d have to wait until December 2016 to play Mighty No. 9 as we’re sure this date is more of a placeholder for its official release date. But going from an April release to a September release was already painful enough. Having to wait until next year is going try our patience, although we’re sure it’ll all be worth it.

No need to verify what you're reporting if you add "may" to your headline!

Yeah this was already confirmed to be false by Comcept it is Still Sept 15 for physical copies of the game. Gaming news doesn't seem to be checking with them? Makes me wonder if they even are trying when it comes to rumors

Looks like this is legit, everywhere is saying it's delayed to Q1 2016. I got 20XX on Steam last week and I haven't tried it out yet but it looks promising for megaman fans.
