All Work All Play eSports movie opens today

The upcoming film All Work All Play, which follows the pursuit of eSports glory, opens today in select theaters in North America, with screenings coming to Europe on July 28.

Today All Work All Play, the upcoming documentary which follows the ascent of eSports, will make its silver screen debut with a live event. The live event will kick off at 5:30PM PT, and will feature forty-five minutes of live gaming in Starcraft II’s new Archon Mode. Following the live gaming event, the movie All Work All Play will take to the big screen for the remainder of the event.

Special encore performances of the documentary will take place in select theatres at 7:30PM local time on July 30 in the US, with another group of encore performances hitting Canada on July 29. The movie is directed by Patrick Creadon (known for WORDPLAY), and will follow some of the greatest pro players in the world as they battle it out for the Intel Extreme Masters championship.
