$118+ million dollar in damages? Hah, MP3.com doesn't seem to care. Even though they are going to be paying mad dollars to the Universal Music Group the site is starting their my.mp3.com service up again. In a few weeks people will be able to listen to CDs they own online where ever they are. Actually kinda makes sense since they have multi million dollar deals with Sony/Warner Brothers/BMG/etc, so that money is being wasted right now. MP3.com is also appealing the recent court verdict and also hoping for a settlement with Universal.
