Star Wars: Battlefront's closed alpha is apparently underway as new information and several gameplay videos have been leaked.

EA and DICE announced Star Wars: Battlefront’s closed alpha were open a few weeks ago, and it appears they’ve opened the floodgates as both videos and new details surrounding the game have emerged.

Some people who have been given access to the closed alpha have started mining for information from the game’s files. A number of weapons have been spotted in the game’s weapons.sb file, which includes a Rocket Launcher, the E-11 Blaster Rifle, the A280 Blaster Rifle, the DH-17 Blaster Pistol, the DL-44 Heavy Blaster Pistol, the DLT-19 Heavy Blaster Rifle, and more.

A number of vehicles have also been discovered in Battlefront’s files, although we knew many of these were confirmed for us in the past. The game will include the T-65 X-Wing, Tie Fighter, Lamda Shuttle, Y-Wing, Tie-Bomber, Corellian Corvette, Nebulon B Frigate, Imperial Star Destroyer, Mon Calamari Capital Ship, Home One, ATST, AT-AT, Tie Interceptor, and 74-Z Speeder Bike. Just how many of these vehicles we’ll be able to pilot is unknown at this time, although we would absolutely love to get behind the wheel of an Imperial Star Destroyer.

In addition to that information found in the game’s files, a number of closed alpha players have uploaded in-game footage of Battlefront in action. We have a feeling EA will work on getting these taken down, so you should probably watch them sooner rather than later.

I suppose it is inevitable with a game this hyped, but I wonder what NDA punishments EA will hand out with this or if they can.

Gamers want more testing and Alphas and everything, but gamers certainly can’t be trusted.

Especially when his userID is blasted right on top of everything. I dont think he will be playing in the alpha anymore.

I would imagine the entire Origin account could be shut down. But, for the amount of publicity it gets, I am sure that account holder is all "well worth it" or possibly even set up an account just for this.
