LittleBigPlanet 3: The Journey Home is coming next month and will feature the next chapter of the game’s story as Sackboy, Oddsock, Toggle, and Swoop discover Newton’s contraption didn’t work as planned, forcing them to take a “grand detour” of LittlBigPlanet.

The Journey Home will be LittlBigPlanet’s first Premium Adventure Pack DLC that will come with a new adventure and new levels based on fan-favorite themes and characters from LittlBigPlanet and LittleBigPlanet 2 that have been re-imagined for LittleBigPlanet 3. The DLC pack will also bring a number of co-op challenges, a bouncy new power-up for Oddsock, and new creative assets.

LittleBigPlanet 3 will also be receiving some free costumes for Sackboy based on the studios that have worked on the game: Sumo Digital, Tarsier Studios, and The Station. The special costumes will be available once the PlayStation Store updates this week.

We've seen a collection of costumes released for the LittleBigPlanet series, so it's about time fans finally get an adventure pack that expands on a particular games' story. It took a little longer than we would have hoped, but we guess better late than never.
