Conker's Big Reunion drunkenly stumbles into Project Spark in April

Conker is back, and this time, it's personal?

Microsoft announced Conker would be making his way to Project Spark during E3 2014, although the publisher has been pretty quiet regarding his return. Today, we’re learning Conker will be getting an ongoing episodic series called “Conker’s Big Reunion.”

IGN reports the series will take place ten years after the events of 2001’s Conker’s Bad Fur Day and will star a once again washed-up Conker trying to pull himself together in order to attend a reunion with his friends at the Cock and Plucker.

Just like Bad Fur Day, Conker’s Big Reunion will be geared towards adult players. "We currently don’t have our ESRB rating back so we’re not sure, but the focus was to be true to the Conker spirit" said Conker's Big Reunion Creative Director Henry Sterchi regarding the tone of the upcoming title. "This meant self-deprecating humor, jokes referencing the original, game jokes and parodies, partying, some adult language, acting quite silly, a bit of violence, and a lot of poo of course.”

Project Spark creator Team Dakota has worked closely with Rare for Conker’s Big Reunion, even going as far as to invite Chris Seavor, the original voice of Conker, to lend his iconic voice once again to the character.

Conker’s Big Reunion will be available on April 23 as well as the Champion and Creation Pack, which allows Project Spark users to create their own Conker games with around 300 assets, which includes characters, props, terrain materials, effects, and remastered original music and audio files.
