Rock Band DLC 'Rizes' again with new Tenacious D and Weezer tracks

Last month's sudden re-emergence of Rock Band DLC was not a fluke, as Harmonix has come back with another pair of DLC tracks for Rock Band 3 and Rock Band Blitz.

As it turns out, Rock Band's sudden return to DLC distribution a few weeks ago was not a one-time deal. Harmonix has returned with another pair of songs for Rock Band 3 and Rock Band Blitz from a couple of series favorites: Weezer and Tenacious D.

The following tracks will debut tomorrow, February 17:

• Tenacious D - "Rize of the Fenix"
• Weezer - "Back to the Shack"

"Rize of the Fenix" comes off Tenacious D's 2012 album of the same name. It is the fourth DLC song from the "D," joining other classics like "The Metal" and "Tribute." As for "Back to the Shack," it is off of Weezer's most recent album, Everything Will Be Alright in the End. It is not about Shacknews. Each song will be available for $1.99 and can be played across both Rock Band 3 and Rock Band Blitz.
