EnVyUs Joins CS:GO Championship Series Kick-Off Season

EnVyUs is the first team to confirm it's attendance of the 2015 CS:GO Championship series Kick-Off Season.

The time of the CS:GO Championship Series Kick-off is upon us once more, and this year the first team to join the roster is EnVyUs, a team renowned for its achievements in the Call of Duty competitive scene.

EnVyUs will sport an all-French roster throughout the series, with players Vincent “Happy” Cervoni, Fabien “kioShiMa” Fiey, Nathan “NBK” Schmitt, Richard “shox” Papillon, and Edouard “SmithZz” Dubourdeaux set to represent the team.

Alongside the five other teams invited to attend the event, two additional groups will be determined by the online qualifiers which begin on February 23rd and continue on until March 8th.

This Kick-off Season will situate around two groupings of four teams each. The first group, Red Group, will face-off March 17-19, while the second, Blue Group, is scheduled for battle March 24-26. The winners of each group will then move on to the Grand Finals which will be hosted at DreamHack Bucharest 2015 April 24-26.

The six teams not scheduled to battle at DreamHack will face-off in a Last Chance Tournament from April 8-12, where the last two finalists will be decided.

The 110,000 USD prize pool is divided among each stage of the league with 17,000 USD set for the Group Phase.

8,000 USD set for the Last Chance Tournament, and the final 75,000 USD set for the Grand Finals.

Each of the four teams qualified for the Grand Finals will also receive 2,500 USD each for travel expenses. Ever CS:GO Championship match at DreamHack Bucharest 2015 will be featured on the Main Stage.
