EA is taking The Sims to the great outdoors as The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat is now available.

The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat is the first official game pack to release for the latest iteration of the Sims franchise as you can take your Sims on a vacation to Granite Falls. Sims will be able to explore new land, set up camp, gather round the campfire, share spooky stories, uncover rare collectibles and more. Your Sims will be able to wear new outfits, acquire new objects, and experience new gameplay mechanics, such as the aspiration to be an outdoor enthusiast, or the squeamish trait.

The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat is available starting today for $19.99 as a digital download on Origin as well as other online retailers.

In addition to The Sims 4 Outdoor Retreat, EA has confirmed The Sims 4 will be headed to Mac in February and will be completely free for those who previously purchased the title on their PC. That’s definitely some good news for those who own both a PC and Mac and would like to get in as much Sims 4 time as possible.
