Shadow of Mordor and Destiny lead Game Developers Choice Awards finalists list

The GDCAs are going on in March, and we are now learning Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Destiny, and Alien: Isolation are currently leading the pack with their nominations.

The finalists for this year’s Game Developers Choice Awards have been announced with Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, and Destiny leading the pack.

A total of nine different awards are up for grabs during the GDCA which includes categories such as Best Narrative, Best Technology, Best Debut, and, of course, Game of the Year. Shadow of Mordor has a total of five nominations that span a number of categories, such as Best Narrative, while Alien: Isolation and Destiny are following close behind with their nominations.

The GDCA will be taking place on March 4, 2015 at 6:30pm PT at San Francisco’s Moscone Convention Center during this year’s Game Developer Conference. Those interested in the full list of nominations can check them out below:
