Mojang has announced its strategy collectible card game, Scrolls, is finally launching today.

Scrolls has been in open beta for some time now, but Mojang has since removed the beta tag from the PC and Mac versions of the game. Android tablet owners will also be able to get in on the Scrolls action as a version of the game is also being made available today for a discounted price of $5. If you prefer to try before you buy, a free demo of Scrolls has also been made available on Android, PC, and Mac.

iPad owners will have to wait a little longer than the rest of us to receive their version of Scrolls. “An iPad version of Scrolls is also on the way, but it won’t arrive until some time in the new year,” the announcement post reads. “Sorry for the delay, but putting games on the App Store is serious business.”

I’m a big fan of Hearthstone, although I wouldn’t consider myself a professional of any sort. With that said, I’m currently downloading the demo to check Mojang’s take on the collectible card genre. I mean - they revolutionized the open world genre with Minecraft, so maybe they’re doing something special with Scrolls? I guess I’ll see soon enough.
