Goat Simulator summons free Goat Simulator MMO patch this Thursday

Goat Simulator is spreading its brand of destruction to MMO villages with this Thursday's free Goat Simulator MMO content patch.

A lot of major blockbuster games are relasing this week, but Coffee Stain Studios would like to throw another goat into the works. The indie developer announced that another free content patch for Goat Simulator would arrive later this week called Goat Simulator MMO. As the name implies, it brings the wackiness of goat destruction into an MMO-style village.

There will also be several MMO-like ideas included in this patch. This includes five playable classes: Warrior, Rouge, Magician, Hunter, and Microwave. Each class can level all the way up to 101 by completing various MMO-style quests, including those that put rival faction 'sheep' in their place.

The chaos is set to begin anew with Goat Simulator patch 1.2 on Thursday. For more, check out the Steam listing.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
