Mario Kart 8's first DLC pack launches today and Nintendo isn't about to skimp on videos showing off its contents. We've previously seen the Excitebike Arena and Yoshi Circuit. Now it's time to see just about everything else.

First up, check out Dragon Driftway and its Eastern motif.

Next up is Wario's Gold Mine, filled with mine carts and steep drops.

Now we dive into some classic Nintendo franchises with Mute City, celebrating the F-Zero franchise. A new remix of the old-school Mute City theme is included.

Since Link's riding into this DLC pack, it's only appropriate to spotlight the new Hyrule Circuit.

Finally, it's time to celebrate the original game that started it all, with the first Rainbow Road from Super Mario Kart. Yes, the glowing Thwomps are back, too.

The first Mario Kart 8 DLC is available today for $7.99. Purchasing it in tandem with the upcoming May 2015 DLC Pack 2 runs for $11.99.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
