Fans of Sega’s classic arcade games will be able to take a trip down memory lane once again in early 2015 as the company is announcing it will release a second batch of its popular arcade titles on the Nintendo 3DS.

The first title will be 3D After Burner II, which will release in early 2015. Follow up games will include 3D Fantasy Zone, 3D OutRun, 3D Fantasy Zone II, and 3D Thunder Blade. Each additional title will be released on a monthly basis on the Nintendo eShop and will retail for $5.99 each.

“These games were completely re-built to offer a robust 3D experience that offers more modern gameplay while still keeping true to the original,” says John Cheng, President and COO, SEGA of America. “These are the best versions of some of our most unforgettable games and playing them is just like sitting in an arcade machine”.

Sega’s arcade games won’t only offer a full-fledged, vintage arcade experience, but you’ll also be able to partake in a number of new modes, options, and listen to each game’s original soundtrack. I’m a sucker for old-school games, and I can tell you right now that I’d love to play After Burner II and OutRun on my 3DS whenever I feel the need to.
