We’re sure many can’t wait until Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor is released, which is why we hate to be the bearer of bad news: WBIE has just announced the title will be experiencing a delay.

If you’re picking Shadow of Mordor up on the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360, then you should expect your copies to now be made available on November 18 in North America and November 21 in Europe.

PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One gamers won’t have to worry about a delay as the release date for those versions continues to be September 30 in North America and October 3 in Europe.

Considering last-gen versions of Shadow of Mordor won’t include the Nemesis system, it’s interesting to hear those versions would be delayed. WBIE didn’t give a reason as to why last-gen versions of the title will be delayed. The title had previously been pushed up, which is unusual to say the least, but apparently all of the versions aren't quite on the same level.
