Nintendo may not have much going on when it comes to streaming activity, but that's going to change later this week, as the company has announced a live streaming event taking place this Friday on its Twitch channel.

During the stream, the company will showcase gameplay from the "final" version of Super Smash Bros. on 3DS, before its release on October 3rd, as well as other new games set to come to Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. The stream will last for approximately eight hours, and that's a lot of fighting action.

You can catch the streaming action on the official Nintendo Twitch page.
