On top of Unity, Ubisoft is preparing to release another Assassin’s Creed title this fall: Assassin’s Creed Rogue. We’ve already seen a good amount of content in regards to the game, and today, Ubisoft has released yet another gameplay trailer for the upcoming title.

The new gameplay trailer highlights the game’s overall story as well as its in-game engine. The trailer follows Shay, who was once an assassin who was a loyal member of The Brotherhood, until he was betrayed. As you’d expect from the game’s title, Shay goes rogue and sets out to make those who betrayed him pay for their deceit.

Assassin’s Creed Rogue takes place in the middle of the 18th century during the Seven Years’ War in North America. Shay will be able to journey through some iconic locales as New York, the Appalachian River Valley and take to the seas in the frozen North Atlantic waters.

Assassin’s Creed Rogue will be available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 11.

Are you going to hold out for a PS4/PC release, or just get it for the PS3/360?

I'm holding out for its inevitable release on next gen. I'll have enough to keep me occupied this holiday season, including AC Unity.

I wonder if Rogue will have all the UPlay integration junk -- like finding whales, ships, etc. that were in Black Flag.

i think buying it on ps3/360 is gross. i still havent played AC4. it's only dropped like 10 bucks in price and i am sticking to not buying it till it's reduced on ps4 haha. i've already waited this long! this has been the longest an AC game hasn't been significantly reduced.

i will play them all though!

So is this a filler title for the old consoles, then when does Unity arrive for PC/current gen consoles?

Seems like it, but I want to play it because you get to play as a Templar killing Assassins, and of course SHIP BATTLES.

It's also supposed to tie up the stories from AC3 and Black Flag and bring the pirate era of the series to a formal end.

the Jackdaw is an absolute unstoppable barrage of FUCK YOU to anything on the seas. because I pimped my ride completely out.

this game, however, I dunno. I had already archived my old consoles and all I have is the PS4 hooked up, and it will NOT be insulted by filler old console garbage !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will we still be sitting in lots of bushes and walking painfully slow around an office building for no reason?
