Rumor: Grand Theft Auto 5 PC, PS4, Xbox One November release leaked

A major retailer may have accidentally let the release date of Grand Theft Auto V for new-generation systems and PC out.

Sony had quite the showing during their E3 2014 press conference as a number of exclusives were announced, such as LittleBigPlanet 3. On the completely other side of the gaming spectrum, Rockstar Games took a moment during Sony's press conference to announce Grand Theft Auto V will be headed to the PlayStation 4, then later confirming it'll also be available on the Xbox One and PC later this year. Rockstar has yet to announce when exactly we can expect a next-gen and PC version of GTA 5, although a leak of its possible release date has been spotted online.

Newegg's listing (via IGN) for Grand Theft Auto V on next-gen platforms and PC claimed we could be seeing a November 18 release in North America. This isn't the first time a retailer has possibly leaked a November release for Grand Theft Auto V on next-gen and PC as last month, European retailer Coolshop listed the title as releasing on November 14. They later changed the release date to a more vague December 31.

Until Rockstar Games makes any official announcements, please be reminded any online retailer listing isn't exactly set in stone and can change at a moment's notice. Either way, it'll be well worth the wait as the next-gen and PC versions of GTA 5 is expected to be vastly improved over the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions.
