Yesterday, we gave our impressions of how BioShock for iOS looked and played. Now you can see and judge for yourself. Straight from the desk of Andrew Ryan, here is how BioShock for the iPad looks against the original PC version from seven years ago. It looks like the message largely remans intact. 

BioShock for iOS is expected to hit later this summer.

      It stands to reason they've coded the game to play on a certain level of iPad, maybe iPad 4? I haven't heard of any visual setting or auto adjustments for having a newer model. That's a shame because without that kind of pc-like adjustments this is a clear example of how mobile games will be stuck in early DX9 style graphics for a while yet. Yeah, there are exceptions, but as a general rule of thumb most seem to lack the visual fidelity of later version of DX 9.x and above.
