The Invasion DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts is preparing itself to drop onto PC and PlayStation systems just in time for America's birthday. Activision has announced it will arrive on both platforms on July 3.

The Invasion pack includes four new maps (Departed, Pharaoh, Mutiny, and a revised Favela from MW2), and the penultimate episode of the Extinction Mode titled Awakening. Like the other Ghosts packs, Invasion includes a spooky cameo. This time it's from Anubis, the Egyptian god of death, who appears in the Pharaoh map. It costs $14.99, or $49.99 as part of the season pass.
