Smash Bros 3DS delayed to October

Smash Bros 3DS is coming in October, rather than the previously announced summer target.

As part of its digital event today, Nintendo announced a delay for Super Smash Bros on 3DS. Both it and the Wii U version are still slated for 2014, but the 3DS version is now set to hit October 3, instead of its previously announced summer release target.

  This will hurt sales. Gotta figure a lot of people would have bought the 3ds version since it was coming out several months sooner. But now with the releases being much closer together, it's best to just wait a few weeks and get the wii u version.

    Well I'm getting both no matter what. But my guess is the Wii U version will be in December.

      I can't imagine trying to play smash on the 3ds analog.
