Dying Light may not be leaping onto PC and consoles anytime soon, but that doesn't mean that Techland can't start drumming up some excitement for E3. The developer has released a new trailer, showing off how some of the gameplay aspects of the open-world zombie survival game are coming along.

The game's latest trailer reveals some more its vast open world, along with more of the parkour moves that players can use to quickly move from place-to-place. It also shows off some of the dangers of that world, mostly consisting of the undead menace that Techland has become so accustomed to working with. The standout aspect of this trailer is the day/night cycle on display, which will bring about even more dangerous zombies.

Catch the full trailer below. Dying Light is slated to hit PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 next year.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?
