The 3DS puzzle series Pushmo is coming to the Wii U this summer. Nintendo has announced Pushmo World will hit the eShop on June 19 for $9.99. Aside from a hefty helping of new puzzles presented in HD, Pushmo World will introduce an easy sharing hub to make and find user-created puzzles.

Like Pushmo and its sequel Crashmo, the Wii U iteration will revolve around pushing and pulling blocks to climb to the top of a structure. It will introduce training levels to ease you into the mechanic, and a rewind option to undo any mistakes. You'll also be able to skip particularly tricky puzzles (thank goodness).

The real meat comes from the sharing features, though. A Pushmo Studio feature lets you generate a QR code for the pattern you made so you can share them easily, or you can send them to the World Pushmo Fair to be tried out and rated by other players. The game's creators will be adding new puzzles to the World Pushmo Fair as well, and the hub will also tie into Miiverse.

To celebrate the announcement, Nintendo has announced that Pushmo and Crashmo will both be offered at a discount starting today through June 13. Pushmo will cost $4.69 and Crashmo will be $5.99 during the sales period.

So awesome, really loved the games on 3DS.

In Europe we get a discount for cross platform purchase meaning if we own Pullblox or Pushblox as Pushmo and Crashmo are called in Europe, then we get a discount on the eShop price of Pushmo/Pullblox World.

Really strange it's not in the US, but so cool that at least Nintendo of Europe is doing the promotion, nice to see Nintendo finally waking up and giving those extra efforts for fans who already own their stuff.
