Watch Dogs is set to arrive this Tuesday, where Ubisoft will bring the city of Chicago to life. Though the story is centered around the near-future concept of technology run amok, much of Chicago is preserved in its current state and re-created for the game.

So just how accurate is Watch Dogs' Chicago versus Ubisoft's Chicago? Let's take a look with this week's Shack Reels.

Shacknews recently took a look at the city of Chicago, making sure to not only take in some of the sights, but also compare them to their in-game counterparts. See the comparison for yourself in the video below.

Ozzie has been playing video games since picking up his first NES controller at age 5. He has been into games ever since, only briefly stepping away during his college years. But he was pulled back in after spending years in QA circles for both THQ and Activision, mostly spending time helping to push forward the Guitar Hero series at its peak. Ozzie has become a big fan of platformers, puzzle games, shooters, and RPGs, just to name a few genres, but he’s also a huge sucker for anything with a good, compelling narrative behind it. Because what are video games if you can't enjoy a good story with a fresh Cherry Coke?

I want a game based on my town, Farmingdale, NJ. We have about 8 shops,10 churches, and an elementary school.

Think about how cheap the production costs will be when you only have to model 6 cars and 1 pedestrian.

That ones tricky - if you faked the reflections it would look awful and I'm not sure if on a current gen console or PC you could actually render that in real time considering its not just a flat reflection like in water but a reflection that curves and bends what it is reflecting. Is there any game that renders anything like that currently?
