Well, there's a big surprise. Gilbert Gottfried, the comedian/actor who's brought his annoying/funny voice to a number of projects over the years, is playing a part in Square Enix's upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3.
Gottfried posted a photo to his official Facebook page that showed him working behind the mic, reading script lines for his character from Disney's Aladdin, Iago. Apparently, the wise-cracking parrot will play a part in the game, although other details weren't given with the photo.
Considering how beloved a character Iago has been over the years (in spite of his villainy) he'll make a good addition to the game when it does manage to release sometime next year. Square Enix may have more information about it in a couple weeks' time during its presentation at the E3 event.
For now, though, we'll leave you a little snippet of why Iago is so lovable, even when he's molting. Enjoy.
