Crowd-funded suspense game Among the Sleep is coming to PlayStation 4, and will be exploring the use of Sony's Project Morpheus virtual reality device. Rather than zombies or psychotic surgeons, the scares in Among the Sleep come from being a helpless and vulnerable two-year-old.
As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, Among the Sleep was successfully funded on Kickstarter last year. It attempts to use a child's skewed perception of reality to tell the story, and the description implies that nothing particularly sinister is afoot, even if the kid (and his accompanying teddy bear) think otherwise.
Developer Krillbite Studios is seeking some way to offer a "fair deal" on the PS4 version, for those who backed the game on Kickstarter, but those details are forthcoming.
